Recently lost a wrasse and only thing I can figure is that it manage to project itself hard enough to squeeze through the IM lid mesh. I think that mesh is about 1/4", but not sure. Now I'm thinking of getting a new lid with a smaller mesh size, but just wondering how that will affect my PAR output. With a 1/4" mesh, if you drop to a 1/8" mesh, how much PAR do you think you would lose? Thanks!

I got custom lids here for my 75, best prices I could find. Completely customized to my specs and requests (placement of aeration holes, number of rows, number of holes, location of seam /hinges for lid door (to avoid my tank mount light brackets, added feeding ports with lids, etc. I paid about 90$ for a pair of lids (mirrored) for my euro braced 75g. The lids that were made are a better fit then the oem aqueon glass ones

This guy will work with you over email and make a lid that’s perfect for your tank
