Eggs in hammer?

Noticed this tonight, my gold hammer has hundreds of what looks like eggs inside. Is this potentially going to spawn or is the pest eggs?

Noticed this tonight, my gold hammer has hundreds of what looks like eggs inside. Is this potentially going to spawn or is the pest eggs?

I am leaning towards “other”. Interesting though. Will follow this.

Yes it does appear to be eggs in there and they do spawn sexually in nature. Have seen other articles/posts similar but never heard of any success from a spawning event in hobbyist tank.
