Is the Eheim UV 800 UV device sufficient for my 90 gallon tank? I have a few soft corals and 8-10 fish

Depends on flow and what you're trying to use the UV for.
Based on the internet specs its for use on aquariums from 100-200 gallons, with a rate of approx 150 gallon turnover rate an hour.

What's the desire/requirement/need for the UV?

What's the desire/requirement/need for the UV?

I bought it for green algae. Now there's very little algae left. Some fish have fungus. I want the water completely disinfected.
