Electric shock in tank

I sporadically get slight tingle in my finger when I put it in my tank. I can mostly feel it when I have a small cut or crack in my skin.

Its not all the time and I'm struggling to find exactly what its coming from. It seems to go away after the initially touch in the water.

Is there a senses on whether or not this is even a concern? Doesn't seem to bother anything.
I have 1000 gallons of marine aquariums and experience shocks ranging from a tingle to an all out shock often. 2 culprits are spray from lose power head tubing while removing water or an out of control sump pump. Combined with the ever so small scratch, pin prick, thorn needle prick or even just handling rough live rock can compromise your fingertip response to stray electric voltage. And if the floor is salt water wet even the best rubber clogs won't help out much.

get a ground fault interrupter but in mean time, do a process of elimination. Unplug, first a powerhead and see if it stop. If not, leave unplugged and unplug each pump until no tingling. If still no good, then unplug, skimmer and so forth until you identify the component leaking electricity

Not a bad idea to put a ground probe in your tank or sump as well..

I would never run a tank without this in my sump again. Haven't been shocked in years
