Does anyone know how many different types of elephant ear coral you can keep together in a 100 gallon tank.

I'm not familiar with the name elephant ear coral but after a Google search I'm guessing you're talking about Amplexidiscus mushrooms? As long as they are all the same species you should be able to keep as many as you can fit in the tank. Since they get a foot in diameter then space them out and away from other corals.​
