Emerald crab and snails died within 1 day

All these inverts were from the same store and we're drip acclimated. All my corals and other blue leg crabs are find. Any idea why my
2 snails and emerald crab died in a day.

They were in the bag for less than 30 minutes and I drip acclimated.
