How do you make sure your emerald crab is eating well? I just worry because when I go to feed the fish he goes crazy trying to get food but it looks like he’s just eating substrate. Is it possible he’s getting little microscopic bits? I’ve tried putting the pellets right in front of him and he seemed to grab one. For context I feed my fish both pellets (I have slow and fast sinking) and some of the frozen brine.

It will get uneaten pellets. Drop a few pellets at night twice a week. It won't hurt and the cleanup crew will find it

How big is the tank? What other livestock do you have?
Hi,
30g
FOWLR (except crab)
2 clown
1 watchman goby
1 lawnmower blenny
1 diamond damsel (false smile)

The larger clown, I’m assuming the F doesn’t eat as much as they used to, the smaller one will eat a bit more. The blenny hides all the time and comes out to mow the algae sneakily, goby will definitely come out and eat some fallen pieces. And diamond is….. an *****

Thank you. I started dropping a few right by him at night
