What is his behavior like? Any scratching, flashing, rapid breathing, loss of appetite? Any new addtions to your Tank. This is not a sting. Looks likes Flukes.

Happening that fast leans to some sort of Bacterial Infection. The Cloudy eyes sometimes indicate Flukes. If you can I would setup a Hospital Tank and consider Metro.

Scratches and scrapes and possible damage to eye are noticed. What other fish are in tank?
This fish is likely a victim of aggression and should be isolated in another tank with fresh mixed seawater and air stone added and treat with seachem Neoplex sooner than later

I do have a qt running all the time but I didn't want to stress him out more than he is unless it's the right move to make.
It may the best chance for this fish

I'd use the Maracyn. That's an awful lot of injuries. My Tangs usually get into a major Tiff when fighting displacing another over a favorite sleeping or hiding spot.

Maracyn will not heal this fish. May help with eyes and thats about it. Neoplex as stated is best bet.
