Emergency Need help with new clown fish

Hi just got this clown fish two days ago,she’s not eating,white feces and she’s starting to swim weird.ive seen online she can have an internal infection/parasites or stress.Her swimming is slightly off.Need help asap to figure out what the problem is and how I can solve it hopefully step by step thank you.(she’s the only fish in the tank it’s a new tank and yes the water parameters are good)
