I did a water change yesterday and this morning there’s a white film over one of my corals. I’m very concerned about it, as it’s one of my oldest coral in the tank. Any help identifying what’s going on would be appreciated, thanks!

(FYI lights just came on so they aren’t super open for that reason atm. Idk if it’ll open more but if it doesn’t I’ll update)
Never opened up fully. I dipped it in coral rx and it seems to be doing a little better. The white part blew off in the dip but the coral that was under it wasn’t looking good.

It’s hard to see in this photo. But it could be a bacterial bloom? Feeder tentacles? Is it only on the one coral?
I’m guessing some sort of bacterial thing too, so if rx didn’t work I was gonna try peroxide. This is the only coral affected
