Emperor angel

Hello, I have a problema with my emperor angel, he is eating well and swimming well but he has some white stains in his Body and his fins are kinda broken or injured and sometimes he start to swim very very fast and start jerking. Please Help!!

How is the emp?
Only thing I can see from photos is it needs more food.
