I have a cyphastrea frag that’s encrusted onto the frag disk, but the frag is off the rock work and looks very out of place. The encrustation is currently very thin, but polyps are multiplying. Will this “beef up” with a base skeleton or stay thin-looking?

It will beef up a bit but not much.
cyphestrea has a fairly thin skeletal structure. Mine are encrusting from the rack up and the whole tops are like white and have polyps. Looks weird lol.
