I was gluing down a plug today and somehow superglue got on the side of one of the polyps (the “stem” part not the disk). It’s a very thin layer about 2 mm long. I tried to gently wipe it off when I noticed it but it’s dried on. Will the polyp be able to slough it off? I feel so bad.

I think what happened was there was a tiny residue on the rock next to it from bumping the part of the frag that had glue or something and it got wiped on without me noticing. Ugh I’m dumb 🤦🏻‍♀️

I've used super glue to glue Zoa stems right onto the back wall of my aquarium. i.e. I put the glue on the zoa directly. And they didn't care at all and continued growing like crazy.
