Engineer goby

I have a 65 gallon with sand and various hermit crabs corals, can I buy this fish without it eating my decorator crab or hermits?

mine has never messed with my inverts.

Biggest problem mine causes is kicking up sand all over and burrying anything on the bottom part of the tank.

How about the tiger shrimp I plan to buy for it, is that reef safe?

Tiger shrimp is reef safe, but don’t count on the “goby” pairing with it.
Only a select few species of gobies pair with a select few species of pistol shrimp (tiger included), and engineer goby isn’t even a goby (actually more closely related to a cichlid).
Randall’s, aurora, and yellow watchman are common examples of pairing gobies (for a tiger at least).
