So I was able to land a Tubbs Stellata 5 weeks ago at our local FRAG club here in Scottsdale, Az. My wife joined me and she treated me to 8 new frags. It just so happened to be on Saturday, January 20th which is also my birthday. So tracking the age and growth of this coral will be easy for me.
That being said, I’ve heard that this particular coral can sometimes be a difficult “long term” coral. Happy for a year, dead the next day.
My go to common sense and rationale regarding longevity and health for my new frag would be favorable water chemistry.
3 questions:
1. Who has a Tubbs Stellata?
2. How long have you had it?
3. What are your tank’s consistent params.
