I just bought 20 rolls of PLA+

All these multicolor prints for the kids, and I'm printing a riser for my Bambu. That will take about 3 rolls but it's super cool.

At least to us 3D nerds ...

Also cool to us crazy urchin hat folk.

I’ll DM my order. It’s like shopping for shoes, I wanted them all so it took a moment to decide

This Sunset Reefing guy has decent prices (comparatively). I think he sells Starts for significantly less than most online retailers.

You really are getting some good growth - and your right, all in the back? Lighting?
No, I spun it around to the front. I think 5 polyps total right now.

So when we change colors on the prints we have to waste the leftover color in the printer. If there was a way for the printer to calculate the leftover color it could pause, switch colors, resume, and have less waste.

Oh, I thought you said in a previous post, new polyps were all in back.

My bad. But hey, 5 polyps no matter where they are is great!

They were, I spun the plug around so I could see the growth. They're reaching for the rock so they may attach soon which is usually a recipe for more growth.

Haven't started recycling filament yet. It's not THAT expensive. Those recyclers cost enough that at a hobbyist level it's almost not worth it.

I've done a lot of research on them, no, they are not even remotely worth it at this time.

Between having to mix it with 50% new material and the whole process of getting things just right, the cost of the recycler itself.
