I totally forgot my other Birdsnest when I made that semi-map-looking-design-ish-thing/picture labels. So... Green Birdsnest here:

On the rock, not the frag rack.

Oh yeah, and I was looking in the tank this evening and the Conch was out. First sighting since I added him back whenever it was that I got the Reef Cleaners order. February maybe? March? Who knows. Either way, he's alive and well.

They do that sometimes. I got a second conch thinking the first one kicked it or had just retired, but then the first conch came out, was very offended, and began hoovering nonstop.

Tigger pods added. Also some Phyto. Although, shortly after I ordered the pods I noticed a ton of larger pods or small amphipods skittering around the sand and rocks and a good amount of little tiny pods all over the front glass. It may be time to transfer the Leucoxanthus over if I can catch it.

Looking really nice. Love the ‘scape.

Water change done, fed the corals, snowed the tank. Probably should have fed, then snowed, then water changed but oh well.

Green Birdsnest moving over!

IMG_20240523_150323691.jpg

Sorry @kevgib67 but there's a new Birdie in town!

Alright! We're just about 4 months in... Guess it's a good time to test?

IMG_20240524_102053903.jpg

Alk is right about where I want it usually
Phosphates need a little more
Nitrates are good where they're at
pH - 7.9
Calcium - 360 need to bring that up a little bit
Magnesium - 1000 definitely adding some mag

Overall not too bad for no water changes and no testing for 4 months.

All of that's going to change as I start moving fish over though I imagine...

Added about 20 ppm of calcium and about 60 ppm of magnesium. If there's time I'll test again tomorrow and bring it up some more. Phosphates will be added here in a bit.

Electric Daisy and Rainbow Monti are in the process of moving over currently.
