Euphyllia white bugs

Anyone have dealt with euphyllia white bugs before? How do you get rid of them? I noticed these spots on a frammer that has been doing bad recently and i think this might be the culprit.

Any tips on how to get rid of it?

These don't look like flat worms. They're small white specs.

White euphyilla bugs! Eggs or live birth?

Does anyone have experience with these white euphyilla bugs? I did a treatment of Doc G's and it looks like it completely wiped them out. It's been a week and I haven't seen any. Does anyone know how they produce? Eggs or live birth? I'm wondering if I'll need to do a follow up treatment or not.
