Exactly what would you consider moderate flow? I have a 38 DT and have about 750gal/hr of flow. due to rock structure I had to add another PH to prevent dead spots on the other side of the tank. Is that too much? The frogspawn and hammers wiggle but definately aren't being blown over and flow is not directed at them.

Yea stick with indirect flow, never flow same direction, could possibly hurt the polyps/skeleton. Moderate flow, basically all polyps should be moving around randomly but not being whipped around. Just as long as there is some good random wiggle action haha
