Ever been called the wrong name?

Hi guys! I'm not new, but I'm introducing myself anyway!
I'm Suzi, and I'm a very busy infusion nurse working 2 jobs.
In my full-time job, I have about a 50-100 patients I treat per month.
That's a lot of people! The majority of them are senior citizens, and they can't always remember my name (I pride myself in being able to remember most of theirs!)
I've been called Judy or Stacy quite often!
Once I was called Jennifer, by a patient I've treated dozens of times lol
Today, I got Robin!

I never correct them, however. I know they know who I am; I'm the only pink & purple haired, tattooed nurse at the practice!
Some patients don't even bother anymore, and just call me Mermaid.
That's all, just wanted to share

Belated welcome to R2R

I often called the Hun which is at least related to my name but most of the people here struggle to pronounce my name an get all sorts of variations of Attila usually wit missing letters here or there.
my parents call me my brother’s name but I am used to that :)

Yes, they love having me at the practice! I am full of surprises and a real people person. I am certainly not your average nurse! I love making people smile and bringing a little ray of sunshine into a very scary, dark place.

And I'm OrchidMiss b/c that's my Instagram name and I'm unoriginal lol
Orchids are my favorite flower and I have about a dozen of them at home on my kitchen counter :)

Name is stefan pronounced Ste fin.
Steven and middle school a teacher accidently called me Stephanie. That one hurt especially since I was in middle school. In the teachers defense there where 3 Stephanies in the class.

The most common wrong name I am called is a mispronunciation of my name, spelled Stephen, but pronounced like Steven. Had a teacher in 2nd grade call out Stephanie for roll call on the first day of school... That one sucked.. lol
