My first big(gish) order with Quinnthe week before thanksgiving spent an extra night somewhere in a fedex facility in freezing temperature (thanks a lot fedex, for not caring at all, even when I called and asked extra info). Amazingly, all the frags looked ok when I finally acclimated them 48 hrs later. The next day though, all but four had RTN'ed (which I counted as a win and are a great indicator of the good condition they were in). Quinn worked with me through the whole thing, and replaced all of the dead corals at no extra charge, with me chipping in the shipping cost of the replacement order. A+ to Quinn/Boomcorals for great customer service, great communication, and great quality of corals
