Hello All!
My name is Courtney and I've been a member of R2R for a few months but have not found the time to create a post until now. I inherited a 90 gallon salt water aquarium about 3 years ago and learned a lot by doing research, asking questions at the local specialty store, and learning from my parents (who left me the tank). I've had my share of ups and downs and even purchased a small generator for the tank in case of power outages (got to love New England weather!) that seem to have spiked in the last few years. I've got well over 100 lbs of live rock and am looking to break down my existing tank and start something smaller and more manageable. I am wondering if there is a specific routine for taking live rock out of an existing aquarium and what the process for storage might be in the meantime? Any suggestions/pointers/advice are welcome.

Thank you!
Welcome to R2R Offically now!
