Hello Everyone,

I am looking to set up a 90 gallon and I have a question about the Ecoxotic Stunner Strips.

I was thinking of using 3 of the 48" White Stunner Strips instead of two 250 Metal Halides. I will be also using 3 of the 445 nm and 1 of the Magenta

The most important question for me is, will the 4 strips provide adequate light to grow all types of corals?

Thanks in advance for all the input.

Nope they don't give much for par they look awesome but more for accent lighting the panorama they make puts lit more par. I have 2 blue on our 65 look great at night.

Welcome to R2R!

I agree, they do give some stellar accent lighting but alone they won't be enough to efficiently light the tank.
