Expired pH fluid for probe storage?

Anyone use expired pH fluid for probe storage?

I usually never have to store a probe once I put it into use. Anyhow, AFAIK storage solution is different than calibration solution. This would be a better answered by @Randy Holmes-Farley

I'd think a bit of fresh mixed saltwater would be perfectly fine for probe storage. There's nothing special to do other than keep the probe wet.
