Exquisite Wrasse

I have an Exquisite Wrasse that started swimming vertical two days ago. He still eats well. I can see a wound on his nose. I think he ran into rock the other day when a tank mate was chasing him. Water parameters all checked good last night. What are the odds that his erratic swimming is from an injury or does it sound like something else is going on? Everything I have read about swim bladder issues does not sound promising.

Head down, tail up? That's a classic swim bladder issue if so.
