Extreme bacteria blooms

I have a new tank and lost my fish went i moved them to this new tank because of a bad bacteria bloom, couldn't see in the tank. its setup with dry rock/ sand and now ive added two more fish the tank clouded up again ive got a uv running now to try to save the fish but im wondering why im getting this and i
didnt before on other tanks

Sorry to hear that!
Possible that acclimation time was not long enough. Water parameters may have been very different from the one tank to the other ie. Ammonia and nitrites being at elevated levels.
