Looking for some recommendation on foods to bulk up my runt of the litter Achilles Tang. I he pecks food here and their but he much thinner and smaller than the rest of the tangs and was curious which foods would provide the most nutrition for him without requiring much effort on his part.

I see, you want to put him on "THE GAIN TRAIN". First, I would start off with frozen food; you can either make your own or buy online. Second: I recommend additives to your food like Selcom; it will benefit your foods nutritional value by adding stuff like that. It is a pretty deep rabbit hole, so I advise doing your own research. Third: Lots and lots of Nori,
Nori really helped my tangs get Thicc, but be weary of phosphates too much can cause a spike.

If it takes frozen Mysis, that's protein and fat heavy.

Also, make sure it's been dewormed with Prazi.

It’s hard to not think pellets are actually more nutritious if you compare the printed nutrition versus frozen
