Eyphyllia Hammerhead slime from the tissue

Hey guys,

I got a rsm max e170 got about 25+ frags of various eyphyllias, lps, softies and sps.

Yesterday i saw one of my hammerheads releasing slime from the bottom tissue near the skeletal struction. Is this brown jelly desease?
It looks as if i feed it and it releases slime but not from the mouth or tentacles. Its got 2 heads now they are pulled back, before it was really puffy and looked real good a couple of days back.

I cant figure out if i did an change in the water chemistry besides a 10% waterchange yesterday wich i do every week, all of my params are stable and never change that mutch after a waterchange nor any other day.

I did started dosing ATI Essentials pro 2 days back, with a usage of 0.3dkh / 24 hrs i dose 7.5ml of both bottles. i have mixed them 50% with ro water.. after this the params are stable.

I got a Hellfire torch a week back and its been doing real good in an own spot in the tank, yesterday it suddenly shrunk up and spew brown slime from its mouth, but nothing on its tissue. i can see now before the lights are out it is opened..

What should i do with my hammerhead and can it be brown jelly? I will post photos when i come home today after work.
