Monti tissue question

I have this monti setosa. I have had it since not long after the tank was set up. I had the expected dinos that come with a dry start. All the coral got a tissue infection from the dinos. They all lost tissue, but none died. Other montis in my tank kept some tissue and have regrown. This setosa lost all tissue but has been stable for like 7 months. None of it has grown back, but it still has good PE.

Thoughts on if it even can or will grow back? Sorry for the crummy photo.

I'm sorry but perhaps if you post a pic in white lights you might get more help. The picture is washed out in blue, its hard to see the details of the coral. Thank you

I'm sorry but perhaps if you post a pic in white lights you might get more help. The picture is washed out in blue, its hard to see the details of the coral. Thank you
Ill try and add one later, but im not really asking for a diagnosis, im more asking if its possible for a coral to regrow tissue with no visible tissue left.
