Hello, I recently purchased a used reeflink, but when upon trying to register, it says it still under another user. Is there any way to factory reset it so the previous user is no long on it? T.I.A

Im trying to factory reset it, but I can't seem to find out how. I've pressed the reset button on the back but no luck
