Anyone have experience with the Falco Hawkfish? I was looking into them (the one at my LFS, swims straight up to see me everytime) and i thought i would really like to have it.

Reading into it they grow about 2 1/2 inches long and they eat small fish and shrimp. How small of a fish and how small of a shrimp?
Three of my fish are 1 to 1 1/2 inches long. Are they fair game? I know most fish are "if it fits in my mouth, ill eat it".

So my question is. Has anyone kept a Falco Hawkfish with Goby?

I have one. He's a cool fish. He fought with my Royal Gramma a bit but they seemed to leave each other alone as long as territory wasn't crossed. He perches on rocks and hunts amphipods.

I love mine! Next to tangs i'd say they have one of the most owner friendly personality. I dont watch him..he watches me haha. Mine has never been aggressive until i added a christmas wrasse, though that only lasted a couple weeks. Honestly if it weren't for my hawkfish I probably wouldn't still have a tank with all the issues I've had over the past year...
