How long is the average fallow time for velvet flukes and ich

4-6 weeks. The rule of 72 days has been long reduced as we go by life cycles and 60 days has proven to be adequate. Coral and inverts can remain in a fallow tank

Got it my Achilles tang was the last fish to go in the 1000gallon hospital tank so tomorrow will be the beginning of the true fallow period
