Fan noise on XR30 Pro G6 - need to replace them

I have two XR30 Pro G6 lights over a 5 foot aquarium and the amount of fan noise is really unpleasant.

Currently the lights are only running to about 40% on the AB+ template.

I have tried adjusting the fan speed but it makes no noticeable difference.

Thinking about swapping out for AI Blades instead, or anything else which is passively cooled if there are any good suggestions.

Can anyone recommend anything which is functionally silent but powerful enough for SPS?

g5/6 have an oddball fan..

Only 2 wire so apparently controls fan sped by voltage w/ no feedback/.

Philpps Coral Care and ATI straton I think are fanless.

Orphek and Quanta bars.

I've been watercooling PCs for years and I really wish noctua were an option. I had even toyed with the idea of a custom water block and a mora to cool the lights but I think replacing them is the better option.
