So this is my 3rd build... 75g, then 125g, now a 150g. Just got the tank today but I am getting it fired up asap!

Starting with a 150g used dual overflow 4 foot tank. More info to come on backstory and the changes as I have a chance. Enjoy the photo of the tank in hauling home mode...lol

That glass looks pretty dark! Almost impossible to see through. ;)

Enjoy the build.

See the little window on the side? Just look through there ;)

Actually it was previously used as an in-wall build so 3 sides were painted. I'll be removing the paint from the one side as it will be placed in the corner so the second side could stay black. Maybe I'll remove that side too though just for convenience if we move the tank at some point.

Tank is now sitting on a creeper with a couple brace boards in the garage... task list to get this started will be as follows:

1. Clean the paint off the side
2. Clean the inside of the tank with vinegar or diluted muriatic acid.
3. Build the stand frame

No clue what I want to wrap it with yet as I want the whole wrap to be removable. Still brainstorming this one.

FYI, I am going for the slowest build EVER award, if there is one...

The tank is being water tested 1.5 years after bringing it home lol. Its been a long couple years :(

You mean I29...lol. we didn't have much of I94 to get to my house.
:D :D :D Oops! lol I've driven 94 a bunch out to Dickinson and Medora and it looked like a spot right to the west of Fargo. I always remember that going through there b/c I usually hit it fairly early in the morning. Usually in the first few hours of daylight.
