In no particular order, these are the zoas that grow fastest in my 40 gallon tank with no skimmer or sump.

Mandarin Orange
Joe’s Emporer
Super Saiyans
Frozen Hornets
Golden Kiwi
Jedi Mind Trick
Rasta
Taste the Rainbow

My slowest are
Acid Reflux
AOI
Oompa Loompa

I find this can be very system dependent.

In my 180 the AOI are the fastest growing out of everything. They are growing faster than old school nuke green palythoa. 😲

Not a bad situation to have, so I won't complain.

I'd love if rastas grew fast. My lfs had a random single polyp they tossed me for free, it looks so sad by itself lol

You left Stratosphere Zoas off the list...

My rastas sadly never grew fast!

I think growth is dependent on the amount of polyps you start with. Many of my frags started as 1, 2, or 3 polyps. Once they reproduce to about 8 the growth grows exponentially for some varieties.

I had to take a picture of my AOI today and look at when I added them.

This is 18 months after adding a frag plug to this shelf. Goal is to have them own that shelf rock which is about 18" long, it goes off to the right more than the image shows.

Ignore the sand bed. Tomorrow is water change and cleaning day.

😛
