fat or healthy?

I traded a aggressive purple tang for this hippo back in February it hasn’t grown much in length maybe a half inch but it’s gotten dang near twice as wide and was wondering if it’s to fat or it was just skinny when I got it. feeding mysis 1x a day nori 1x a day and clams 1x day also have a auto feeder feeding very small amounts of pellets 4 times a day (less than a fingers pinch each time just for butterfly’s to nibble on)

I have had a hippo since 2015, in a 72 gallon tank. Ethel is about 5 inches long and getting ready to be adopted/re-homed in another week. I also have a niger trigger that is about the same size that has grown much faster than the hippo. if this any help.

does your hippo look similar to mine? so the reason im concerned you cant see it in the video but i have dispars that need fed small amounts constantly and butterflys aswell that are the same way, so im concerned the hippo is being to much of a pig and could eat herself to death with my tanks feeding schedule lol. i guess you could say i "over feed" this tank but its for a reason and the filtration/husbandry keeps my water in check pretty well.
