So it's been around 6 days my favia is looking like this. It stayed like that after I tryed to feed it with a pippete some reef snow(brightwell). The favia is around 2 months old in the tank. Perhaps I damaged the coral?

Lighting : 2 T5's bulbs - 79 watts in total)

Placement: in the middle section

Parameters are all stable :
Salinity 1024
Nitrates 5
Phosphates around 0.50 every time
Alk 8
Calcium 440

Some reef foods tend to be super acidic. I cant speak to the food you're using but its not always best to spot feed IMO

You are good, just don't poke it too much. They grow better when left undisturbed like any other coral.
