I am wanting to upgrade my Red Sea nano XL to a larger tank with a sump. I would like to upgrade to a 100-150 gallon tank. What company do you folks recommend? Another Red Sea, or planet aquariums, or some other company?

Eshopps! They make extremely sturdy tanks for the price.

Anyone but redsea. My large tank is a waterbox 330.7 and I'm happy with it but there are quite a few companies that offer quality tanks.
So why not Red Sea?

My first redsea tank. Seam failed in the upper corner.

Search Redsea tank failures. Some people have had tanks that were replaced under warranty fail a second time even.

There are a lot of good options for a 100-150g aquarium. Think about the size you want, how the footprint will work, and what sorts of things you want to incorporate into the tank. After that, just look at the options and choose the one you like best.

For companies... Waterbox and Innovative Marine are both on the "budget" side of things. Planet Aquariums is more expensive, there's also CADE, UNS, and of course Glass Cages for custom work. You can also look into acrylic with a company like Tsunami.

But never Red Sea.
