Favorite non-aquarium past time?

So what do you all enjoy as a hobby besides aquarium keeping? I've always enjoyed herpetoculture as well, and have a variety of snakes, lizards, and tortoises at home. I'm also huge into permaculture and have a decent sized backyard orchard (over 50 trees) plus a wide variety of fruit bushes and vines, and normally plant a rather large garden.

And now that I'm in school in St Kitts, I've found a new passion in snorkeling. I'd never done it before coming here, and now go at least twice weekly.

I am also into reptiles (currently have a large Purple Tegu and a Bearded Dragon but have kept large monitors and snakes in the past). I also spend a lot of time with my cars :-)

I garden as well and have about 10 apple and pear trees that I actively prune and fertilize. I may not consider it a favorite pastime especially around August/September when everything is ready for harvest and I don't have enough time to process it all :p . The last couple of years my apples were terrible, dry conditions either made them drop or the critters at them. This year was a good year for a couple of my apple trees....it's hard to watch the fruit drop on the ground and just sit there.

Fishing is more enjoyable.

Woodworking for me. Anything from simple end grain cutting boards to fine furniture. Whatever comes to mind. I find it to be a great escape from the rest of the world. 2nd on the list is scuba diving, but being in Central Ohio the reefs are a bit of a drive so that is somewhat limited. I used to do a lot of quarry diving (~1500 in Ohio) but that got a little old after awhile. Now I save it for vacations.
