Is this a feather duster worm? Sorry about quality. It was very small and the zoom on my phone wasn’t cooperating.

A feather duster can actually eject himself from his tube and find a new home and start over... Kinda of cool actually.

I will add that they don't usually leave their shells unless they are very unhappy - water parameters or sometimes extreme flow.
