Unknown critter. No new corals added in over 8 months. The picture shows a seemingly hollow shell making me believe it is a worm maybe like feather duster, or perhaps hydroid?... The feather duster shell is not as transparent and is usually white from what I've seen; in contrast, this is semi-transparent pink color.

Recently, my Alveopora coral died after ALK spike. I was hoping it would return to life, but when I noticed several hollow tubes exactly like this one growing away from it, well then my gut told me this isn't how Alveopora regrows and trashed it. 2-3 months later I see one of these growing around once a week and I remove it; worried b\c I think becoming problem, seems more & more frequently lately. More than likely the dying Alveopora gave some pest the opportunity to spread : / If you've seen this or have advice concerning it please let me know.

Thank you all ;-]
