Feed Bag for fish....

I am looking for a way to put Nori, Fish Cubes, Frozen Food into some sort of mesh container that I can hang in the water. The goal would be to deliver 2 or 3 oz. of various foods and slow down the rate at which it is released.

Something like this.... was this purchased or made??
