Feedback on buying and selling

Really tired of leaving feedback and not getting any in return... Apparently people with less than 25 posts can buy but can't leave feedback. Then there is the people here for years that do not leave feedback. I ask them to please leave feedback and they do not and I know the product I sent is as described and usually 3-6 months old. I guess I will try ebay again.

Why can't new people who buy leave feedback?

Didn't know you could and I prolly wouldn't anyway. This isn't ebay and the buying/selling forums are so convoluted it's almost not worth it to bother with selling or buying on here.
