I have a torch coral the 2 1/2 head torch that receeded and lost alittle more than half of one of its heads, it was recommended small frequent feeding to help it along. I've never feed a torch, I never even seen a mouth on a torch coral. My question is what do I feed it and how ?

Get yourself a pipet and when you feed your tank frozen mysis or brine, squirt a few shrimpies into the middle of each torch head. FWIW, some people never feed their torches and do just fine too. I’ve found they do grow a little faster though if I feed them directly or they manage to catch some grub while broadcast feeding the tank.
