Feeding and jumping wrasse

So how do you use an auto fish feeder if you have grasses that jump through the tiniest holes. what’s the solution?

Screen top and set an auto feeder above.

It’s a screen, the food will drop through. You see people set auto feeders on top of screen lids all the time. Another option is put your auto feeder so it dumps on top of your return pump in the sump. The food will get sucked in and pushed out the return lines

If you have a sump, put the auto feeder in the return section with a small pump to push the food towards the intake. I've had mine set up like this for years without issue.

Yes,here is an example I found of placing above a screened lid. If not you’d have to have a feeding port that’s screened.

If you have a sump, put the auto feeder in the return section with a small pump to push the food towards the intake. I've had mine set up like this for years without issue.

This is my auto feeder when I am away. It drops above and gets sucked in and blown out my return lines. I am usually around and feed frozen, so I just lift up, push my lid aside, and hand feed 90% of the time
