Feeding blue tang

I’m currently feeding flakes, mysis and brine but want to put a veggie clip in the tank for the blue tang. What options should I use ? Can I buy normal seaweed food from supermarket or does it have to be specifically for fish.

Nori, you can get it at the LFS or at a market. I would not bother with Brine unless it's gut loaded.

Ok thanks. What is bad about brine? Or just not as nutritious?

Brine is fairly low in nutrition. Mysis is better, a good blend such as Rod's or LRS better still.
