My bubble tip anemone came yesterday from liveaquaria, when should I start feeding it? I've read online to wait a week before feeding, some source say to wait a day or two.

I like to wait till they pick a spot and settle in for a couple days then I'll offer them food.

Allow it to settle and then wait a week. Feeding a stressed nem will make it worse.

Agree, let it settle and give a week or two, as long as lighting is good you really don't even have to, and when you do something like mysis is really best, small and easy to digest, once or twice a week at most.

I am of the school to never directly feed them. They catch plenty in the current from feeding the fish and the clowns help them out. If you look at the people who have the "whats wrong with my anemone" threads, they almost always have just tried to feed them.

im of the same belief here. I rarely if never target feed mine. I dont keep acans because I dont want to target feed them either. never had issues with my BTA.

I only directly feed mine about once a month and its a relatively small amount
