I’m newish to coral, have mostly LPS, gonis more than anything. What should I be feeding them to optimize growth and health? I order reefroids. Is that adequate in Addition to good lighting?

I used to make a slurry of Rods frozen foods, and pellets. I would then feed the fish. Once I saw a feeding response from the LPS I would use a turkey baster and directly feed the corals. You can turn off the flow for a short time while feeding. Typically it can take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for the LPS to exhibit a feeding response after you introduce the food to the fish. Don't over feed, remember to turn flow back on.

I don't feed nothing special. They get food that I feed the fish and fish poop.
