I’ve been feeding my corals everyday this past week. Is that too much of a good amount?

What are you feeding your coral? You will get different answers from everyone. Some people dose daily which indirectly feeds their corals. Others will feed their corals 1-3 times a week.

As previously mentioned, you'll get different opinions.
Personally, I don't feed my soft corals -- they get what they get from fish feeding.
*I spot feed my duncan coral about twice/week with just chopped/smashed frozen fish food -- normally LRS Reef Frenzy. (It seems to like it).

Everyday is too much IMO, they don't digest food quickly. So if you feed more food before it can digest what you fed previously, then your packing in more food on top of half digested food, eventually it will rot from within, its not good for the coral. Every 2 or 3 days is sufficient, with that said, many people don't feed the corals at all, its not necessary.

Also consider that more food in the tank is more nutrients so you need to keep an eye on the parameters.

1-2x a week is plenty in my experience, anything more tends to foul the water and create more maintenance/water change needs.
