feeding rotifers

Does anyone feed frozen rotifers?

I sometimes throw some in when i feed my lps at night. I would think the sps would feed on it as it moves through the water. The only problem i have encountered is not having enything fine enough to rine it, I guess that is why i dont do it very often.

i throw a cube in on occasion at night.

I thought they were the right size. What do you feed? Oyster feast?
